That’s a great suggestion. After my next update I’ll look into making the spreadsheet available as a shared document in Google Docs.

Suggestion:
Import this spreadsheet into Google Spreadsheets, and share it publicly.
Benefit:
One link works forever and is accessible to anyone easily.

You could then easily add things when you acquire a new adventure, and everyone can see it right away.

Google Spreadsheets is awesome for D&D. I have a spreadsheet set up for wish lists for our campaign where I control the first tab, and each user has their own tab/sheet to put down what they want. Everyone can make suggestions for other players and add things, but the player can highlight the things that they want most and I can try to find a way to work it into the game.

I also have a document with a rolling “Previously on…” where each week, I was adding what had happened so that after a year, they could go back and review and see the seeds that had been sown at the beginning for what’s happening then.
