I thought of doing something like that, but wanted to keep the mascots between levels 6-8. It should at least be Paragon Teir, have the ability to switch between Orca and Bear forms, and just in general, kick tush. Might work better as a Skirmisher with evasion powers like Push, Swim, and Teleport (As a great jumping like ability) I think you have Migu way too low of a level.
