Wizards of the Coast shared some highlights of their upcoming release schedule through the next year. I’ve compiled the list for your easy access. Where possible I’ve provided a link to the Wizards of the Coast product description and a link to Amazon.com. If you want to see what the covers of these upcoming releases look like, click though. Some of the products releasing much later in the year do not have links available at this time. I’ll try to keep this page up to date and add the links in as I see that they’ve become available. So bookmark this page and keep coming back throughout the next year to find out what Wizards is releasing next.

Review: Dragon War
Dragon War
(Draconic Prophecies, Book 3)
James Wyatt
An Eberron Novel
Dragon War, the third and final installment in James Wyatt’s Draconic Prophecies comes out today. When I received my copy on Thursday, I couldn’t put it down. It was great.
Although you don’t have to read Storm Dragon and Dragon Forge to understand and enjoy Dragon War, it certainly helps. I enjoyed the other two books in this series a great deal and strongly recommend them to Eberron fans. Both are now available in soft cover.
How to Get Your Eberron Fix
Everyone wants more Eberron. Today marks the official release of the Eberron Campaign Guide. If you haven’t yet checked out Eberron in 4e then today is a great time to start. We’ve got reviews of the two core books as well as materials to get a new DM ready for an Eberron campaign. Here are five suggested ways to get your Eberron fix.
Review: Divine Power
Oh my god Divine Power is a very cool book. Although not officially released until next week, I have a copy of Divine Power now. It provides new powers, feats, paragon paths and epic destinies for divine classes as well as introducing new rules for divine domains. If you play a divine PC you need to get this book.
The first four chapters are dedicated to the four divine classes. Contained within each is exactly what you expect: new builds, new powers and new paragon paths. Here are the highlights.
I’ve got the Eberron Campaign Guide. Get an advanced preview of each and every chapter including information about The Lord of Blades, King Kaius III and the brand new Dragonmarked House: House Tarkanan.
Before I get into the chapter by chapter review I wanted to comment on a few of the overall elements. The art in this book is fantastic. You’ll be blown away when you see Wayne Reynolds’ cover painting of The Lord of Blades, Ralph Horsley’s adventurers battling a huge Warforged, Chippy’s Warforged hanging off the side of the airship and (my personal favourite) Chippy’s dragon emerging from the water grasping a swordfish. Almost all the art is new (I only recognized two pictures from previous books).
Deities and Demigods was one of the very first AD&D supplements TSR ever produced. It’s been an integral part of D&D since 1980. But do we really need a 4e version? The myths haven’t changed since 3e so why put out a new book?
I’ve always been interested in mythology. The classic myths lend themselves so nicely to RPGs, especially Dungeons & Dragons. Who doesn’t like stories about larger-than-life characters with extraordinary powers doing the impossible? If you’re into D&D then a tale of a hero with magic powers and mythical weapons fighting monsters should be right up your alley. Realizing this, TSR published Deities and Demigods back in the days of D&D’s infancy. They provided us with statistics for the heroes of myth. Pure genius.
The wait is over. We have the Eberron Player’s Guide now and we’re reviewing the entire book today. We’re revealing everything about the feats, the magic items and most importantly the Dragonmarks. We covered the races and the classes in the Eberron Player’s Guide Review (part 1) that we posted earlier today. Now we complete the review and reveal all the remaining secrets.
Changes are happening in Eberron. The Eberron Player’s Guide hits shelves next week, but we have our copy now and we’re going to share with you all of its greatness. This is the first of two posts that we are publishing today. So if you’re a fan of Eberron already or just curious to see where this campaign setting is going with 4e D&D, then keep reading.
What Monster Are You?
Monster Manual 2 hits shelves today. Ameron got his copy last week and wrote up a killer early review. So far there seems to be a consensus among the gaming community that the Monster Manual 2 is the latest must-have book. As more blogs post their own reviews we’ll see just how much love for the Monster Manual 2 is out there. We gave it 10 on a d10. So be sure to pick up your own copy of the Monster Manual 2 and give your PCs fair warning. Or just ambush them with new monsters, it’s your call.
Monster Manual 2: An Early Review
I have the Monster Manual 2.
I know it’s not supposed to be out for another week, but I’ve got one. And I feel it’s my duty to share some of the greatness inside with my fellow gamers. Since many of you will have the book by this time next week, I’ll try to give you just enough to keep you salivating and not enough to ruin all of the surprises.
