Wizards of the Coast wants you to help shape the future of D&D by playtesting D&D Next. All you have to do to join in the playtesting is visit DnDNext.com, agree to the playtest terms & conditions, download the latest playtest packet, and then you’re ready to start.
Every week at D&D Encounters many Friendly Local Gaming Shops (FLGS) are running tables using the new D&D Next rules. If you’d like to join a D&D Next table all you have to do is sign an NDA, create a character, and you’re good to go.
All of these pre-gens are the property of Wizards of the Coast and the information on these characters fall under the umbrella of the D&D Next NDA.

Starter Set

It’s here! D&D 5e has finally been released. The D&D Starter Set is available now at your FLGS for purchase and the D&D Basic Rules for 5e are available for download for free from the Wizards of the Coast website.
Five new pre-generated characters were provided with the D&D Starter Set. Down all five of them in one convenient PDF.

can you level up the pregenerated characters in the starter set for each level. at least 2 -10

We generally try to just post the pre-gens Wizards of the Coast created. If they put out higher level 5e pre-gens we’ll certainly post them.
That being said if you’d like to create some pre-gens using the free Basic Rules for higher levels, send them to me and we’ll see about posting them. Email me to discuss.
Thank you so much for this repository. I have used it for 4E and now for 5E. We are running a kids campaign and want to transition to 5E. This was so helpful. Our adult group is going to try D&D 5E in February and we are using the Lvl 3’s here. I appreciate your work.
Just a heads up, the compiled lvl 8 and lvl 7 lists link only to the lvl 8 list. You can change the 8 to 7 in the address bar and it switches to the 7 though.
